Frankinero operates a vehicle rental service in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. These terms govern your use of this website and any reservation you make through it.
By making a reservation you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the rental agreement.
A reservation is a request, not a confirmed contract. It becomes binding only when we confirm it, which happens after we have reviewed the driver's licence supplied.
We may decline a reservation where the licence cannot be verified, where the driver does not meet the minimum age or licence-held requirements, or where a vehicle becomes unavailable.
To rent a vehicle you must:
Prices shown are per day in US dollars and exclude tax, which is displayed separately before you confirm. A service fee is applied and shown as a distinct line in the price breakdown.
A refundable security deposit is held against your payment card as an authorisation. This is not a charge and the funds are released once the vehicle has been returned and inspected.
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations inside 48 hours are subject to a charge equal to one day's rental. Failure to collect the vehicle without notice is charged in full.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any reservation is limited to the total amount paid for that reservation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
