1. What we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity and contact data - name, email address, telephone number.
• Licence and identity documents - images of your driver's licence, held encrypted.
• Booking data - vehicles, dates, locations, prices and reservation history.
• Payment data - handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data - IP address, device and browser information, and analytics events where you have consented.

2. Why we use it

We process identity, contact, licence and booking data to perform the rental contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations around driver verification and record-keeping.

We process analytics and marketing data only where you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the cookie banner.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf: our payment processor, email and SMS providers, hosting and analytics providers. Each is bound to process the data only on our instructions.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Booking and financial records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Licence images are deleted within 90 days of the rental completing unless retained for an active dispute.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact [email protected].

6. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and identity documents are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it to operate the rental service.
